CONSOLIDATED LOADING GUIDE

Mixed Container Building Materials Planning and Quality Control

A mixed container can combine project categories efficiently, but only when specifications, packing, cargo compatibility and loading records are coordinated before goods reach the loading point.

Confirm the Product Mix Before Production

List every model, quantity, carton size and gross-weight estimate. Confirm which products are stock items and which require production or sample approval.

  • Heavy tiles and sanitary products
  • Fragile glass, mirrors and lighting
  • Long products such as profiles or panels
  • Cabinetry, hardware and electrical accessories

Check Cargo Compatibility

Weight distribution, carton strength, moisture sensitivity and fragile surfaces affect whether categories can share a loading plan. Final loading decisions must follow the actual cargo dimensions and packing.

  • Keep fragile finishes protected from concentrated loads
  • Use suitable cartons, pallets or reinforced frames by product
  • Separate small hardware and electrical cartons for counting
  • Confirm labels remain visible for unloading

Pre-Loading Quality Checks

Each category is checked against its approved reference before loading. A shared checklist makes the results easier for the buyer to review.

  • Product code, finish, size and quantity
  • Carton, label and shipping-mark accuracy
  • Visible damage and packing condition
  • Pallet or frame stability
  • Loading sequence and final container photos

Coordinate Commercial and Shipping Documents

Product descriptions, quantities and packing information should be consistent across the confirmed order, packing list and shipping instructions. Any destination-specific document request should be raised before shipment.

  • Commercial invoice information
  • Packing list by category
  • Buyer shipping marks
  • Destination and consignee instructions
  • Requested product files supplied by the buyer

Information Buyers Should Send

  • Destination port and preferred container type
  • Product list, quantities and approved references
  • Required packing and pallet preferences
  • Deadline or project delivery sequence
  • Trade term and document requirements
  • Contact for final specification and loading approval
